I ordered an e-bike online on a Sunday, and it showed up on Tuesday. The entire process, from my initial inquiry (got a response in just a few minutes) to buying and receiving the bike, was smooth as butter. "Fantastic support throughout the whole process"
Fantastic support throughout the whole process, I stumbled upon an awesome deal for my bicycle, and it was honestly five hundred quid less. I had a few queries, and the crew is super knowledgeable about everything I needed assistance with. There was a tiny scratch on the handlebar post, and they dispatched a replacement part via DPD the very next day. Truly went above and beyond for a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely get my wife’s bike from this place without a second thought.

"Top-notch support and service from LeisureWheels"
I purchased a Haibike Hardnine 6 E-MTB in January 2022 from Dan and Sam. After a couple of weeks, I realized I was having trouble getting the battery out because the lock was stuck. The team quickly provided the right tool and a new lock, and they even offered to have DPD pick up the bike if I couldn't fix it myself. Their customer service is first-rate, and the replacement lock I installed works like a charm. I highly recommend these folks for all your cycling needs. Absolutely brilliant all around!

"Outstanding Service from Sam and Dan"
Sam and Dan are truly fantastic. I purchased a Cube electric bike two years back, and they've been there for me ever since. The bike arrived in the mail within two days of placing my order, needing just the handlebars and a wheel to put together. No problems at all, even when I had to send the frame back to Germany for a warranty repair. Their service is top-notch, and they respond quickly. I'd definitely shop here again.

Leisurewheels was the only place that had the bike I was after in my size during these times.
Using my Cycle2Work benefit to place the order was super easy and fast. The bike arrived in excellent shape and ready to ride. I did run into a little trouble with the rear wheel, but Sam and the crew provided awesome support through email and phone, which helped me get it sorted with my local bike mechanic.
I’d definitely buy from them again and I’m already on the lookout for some accessories to deck out my new ride.

"Bike That Does the Job"
I strolled into LeisureWheels without a clear idea of what I wanted, but Peter was quick to figure out my requirements and recommended a suitable bike. Less than 15 minutes later, I left with an order that matched what I needed. A few days later, I picked up the assembled bike. Now that I've taken it for a spin on some rough trails, I’m really glad I made that trip!

"AVOID LEISUREWHEELS AT ALL COSTS!"
I can't suggest Leisurewheels to anyone. My dealings with them were the absolute worst I've ever faced when buying something. They really don't care if you run into issues with your bike. If you're considering a purchase from Leisurewheels, do yourself a favor and check out the numerous one-star reviews they get both here and elsewhere. JUST STAY AWAY FROM LEISUREWHEELS!

Top-notch service 5 stars - Dan let me know when the Cube Reaction Hybrid 500 eBike for my wife was back in stock and arranged for quick shipping to Northern Ireland. The bike is amazing, and I'm super happy with the service. I can't recommend their customer support enough. Kudos to Dan and his crew!

I bought a bike back in December, and it was a fantastic deal. I've run into a couple of problems with it, but those were all due to the manufacturer, not the store. They've consistently done their utmost to assist and fix the issues, even with the current challenges in getting parts. No doubt, I would shop with them again.

"Got my new bike on Saturday and it..."
I ordered a new bike on Saturday, and it showed up on Tuesday. I’d heard a lot about bikes arriving damaged, so I was super pleased with how Leisure Wheels packaged it. The box was sturdy, packed with bubble wrap, and most of the bike was already put together with extras attached, making assembly a breeze. Overall, a fantastic experience, thanks a bunch!

"Good Service and Professional Team"
I placed an order for a bike on a Monday, and it showed up the very next day, just like they said it would. Top-notch service! I ran into some problems with the bike (thanks to the manufacturer), but Sam and Dan handled everything perfectly. Their quick responses and professionalism were a huge comfort, especially since I was dealing with folks so far away after spending a good chunk of change. I definitely recommend these guys!
